I have been compiling cakes I love for you guys and I decided to do installment one today.
First thing you should know about me: I am obsessed with Maggie Austin Cake Design. If you don’t know this lovely lady yet, prepare for your mind to be blown:
How’s that for a stain glass cake? What I love about her, is that her cakes have a simple concept, idea, even often design, yet they are carefully and perfectly executed by hand. Each of her cakes is a work of art. You can’t get these just anywhere. Here is another one:
The definition of elegant.
Another shop I love is Erica OBrien Cake Design. She’s really picking up and running on contemporary cake trends. Which I love.
I love the colors. It’s playful but still soft and feminine. I like this next technique she uses:
Ya, that’s pretty sweet.
Sweet and Saucy Shop is another favorite of mine (all the locations of these stores, I’ll list below in case you are a shopping bride).
You should check out their awesome dessert tables too.
Here’s a shop I found just a few days ago and fell in love with: Nadia and Co. Look at this beautifulness:
Her cakes are really unique, I highly encourage you to check out her gallery if you get a chance (her website is pretty unique too).
My last favorite shop for you THIS go around of “Cakes I Adore” is the Sugar Flower Cake Shop.
Of course I like this place, they are making incredible sugar flowers! Who couldn’t love a place that is rocking the botanical side of things?
Beautiful cakes right? Do you have designer you adore? I would love to hear about them!
